BABES AT VITENSE IS OPEN!

Babes at Vitense Grill & Bar inside Vitense Golfland is now open.

The former Babes Grill & Bar across Schroeder Road closed in 2019.  Lynn Haker, the owner of the former Babes Grill & Bar, has been actively  involved in the creation of our new Babes at Vitense Grill & Bar and is leading the operation as the Director of Food & Beverage.  The addition of Babes at Vitense combines the success of a 35-year local grill and bar business with the nearly 70-year-old family recreation destination of Vitense Golfland founded in 1955 by George Vitense, the Madison golf professional legend.

The 2,000-square-foot grill & bar features casual American food, a full-service bar and an outdoor patio. Many of the popular items from the original Babes are on the current menu; of course, including the guest favorite “Babes Nachos”.  The space of the new bar includes a large long bar, bar top seating and comfortable table seating.  The new restaurant area includes a large mural on the north wall featuring captivating pictures and descriptions of the decades of progression of the Vitense 70 year landmark.

Babes at Vitense Grill & Bar is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to the closing time of Vitense Golfland.
