For $49 a 2018 Junior  Par 3 Membership may be added to any Series of Private or Group Lessons!

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available from our entire Vitense Golf Academy staff. The rates of each golf professional is listed under the various lengths of lessons:

Junior Lesson Series for Four 60 Minute Private Lessons

Six 45 Minute Lesson Series with 90 Minute Playing Lesson with Jeff Kaiser, PGA – $525

Receive a series of six 45 minute private lessons in addition to a 90 minute on-course playing lesson with Jeff Kaiser.  This format provides an excellent opportunity to focus on all aspects for your game.

Junior Group Golf Lessons

Little Putterheads – $80 (4 weeks)

Available Year Round!

Ages 3 to 5

Introduce your child to the fun and great game of golf at a very early age. They are ready! Children ages 3 to 5 meet for four consecutive one hour weekly lessons. Parents are encouraged but not required to attend. We combine learning golf on our three practice greens and golf range with activities on our miniature golf courses. For the late fall and winter classes, we utilize our golf academy studio, indoor Madison landmark miniature golf course and classrooms to address all areas of programming. Golf clubs specifically designed for this age group are used during the lesson to ensure that we provide everything you need for your child to have fun learning. Watch the smile on your child’s face when they get the golf ball airborne!

Junior Linksters  – $80 (4 weeks)

Available Year Round!

Ages 5 to 7

The junior linksters program is the next step for our youngest juniors. Designed for ages 5 to 7, this program will advance their learning of the game with more focused instruction on swing mechanics, with miniature golf course fun. The juniors will meet in weekly one hour sessions for four consecutive weeks. This program includes 3, 20 minute rotations on: the golf range, practice greens, and the miniature golf course. For the late fall and winter classes, we utilize our heated range,  indoor Madison landmark miniature golf course, and classrooms to address all areas of programming.

Junior Golf 101 – $120 (4 weeks)

Available Year Round!

Ages 7 and up

• Designed for beginning junior golfers with little or no experience
• Classes consist of 3 to 6 juniors
• Classes are 60 minutes for four consecutive weeks

Week 1: Overview of golf clubs, intro to grip, stance & posture
Week 2: Review of grip, stance & posture, introduction to full swing
Week 3: Short game (putting & chipping)
Week 4: Introduction of woods, hybrids & long irons

Junior On-Course 201 – $175 (4 weeks)

Designed for developing players through On-Course golf instruction
Addressing improved shot making and course management.

• Designed for junior golfers from limited to intermediate experience looking for a unique form of golf  
  instruction to improve shot making and increase the knowledge of effective golf course management
• Groups of 3 to 5 juniors in each class
• Classes will meet for 90 minutes on the same day and time for four consecutive weeks
• 30 minutes of a group lessons each week followed by 60 minutes of on course golf instruction
• Two weeks focusing and short game and two weeks focusing on full swing analysis

Child/Adult Beginner Golf 101 Group Lessons

Designed for beginning adult and child golfers with little or no golf experience

•  Class size limited to 10 participants
•  Additional child or adult may participate for $125 each.
•  Classes will meet for one hour on the same day and time for four consecutive weeks

Class Format – 60 minutes of group instruction covering:

•  Week 1: Overview of golf clubs, introduction to grip, stance, posture & full swing
•  Week 2: Review of grip, stance & posture, and focused golf instruction on full swing
•  Week 3: Short game (putting, chipping, pitching), basic etiquette, rules & expectations
•  Week 4: Instruction on woods, hybrids & long irons, lesson review and some on course instruction

Junior Golf Leagues

Playing golf is fun, especially regularly with friends. In our junior par 3 league, juniors not only can play weekly but also receive a half hour of golf instruction before each round. Juniors ages 7-15 are grouped by age and receive a comprehensive overview of golf including basic rules and etiquette. In addition to each golfer receiving a gift from Vitense Golfland, prizes are awarded throughout the eight week league. Eight week’s green fees, rental clubs and weekly instruction from two PGA golf professionals are all included in the fee.  Each group is limited to 45 participants so please register early.
