For the first time in Madison, one shot could change your life forever.
Get ready for the MATRIX Basements Million Dollar Hole-In-One Contest, the biggest golf challenge of the summer at Vitense Golfland. From July 6–10, golfers from across Wisconsin will compete in qualifying rounds for a chance to advance to the Final Round on July 11 and take a shot at the $1,000,000 grand prize.
Contestants will aim for the ultimate golf achievement: a hole-in-one from more than 150 yards away. The top 20 closest shots during qualifying will earn a spot in the Finals, where one swing could make history.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just want to take your shot, this is your chance to be part of one of the most exciting community events of the summer.
Event Details
Location: Vitense Golfland, Madison, Wisconsin
Qualifying Rounds: July 6–10, 2026 | 11 AM – 8 PM
Final Round: July 11, 2026 | Time TBD
Entry Fees:
- $5 for 1 ball
- $10 for 3 balls
- $20 for 6 balls
Participants must be 18 or older and amateur golfers only.
All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County.
